Job Details

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics.
Strong experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational databases.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools like SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience working with complex datasets, including claims, provider, reimbursement, and financial data.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
Advanced data analysis and critical thinking skills with experience developing dashboards and scorecards.
Demonstrated data quality and governance capability.
Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities across dispute processes.
Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions using SQL, Excel, and SSRS.
Translate business needs into reporting requirements and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain data processes for extraction, transformation, validation, and integration.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through quality assurance and validation.
Produce and monitor key performance metrics, including settlement rates, negotiation outcomes, and IDR performance.
Develop financial views to quantify dispute exposure, settlement impact, and arbitration outcomes.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
