Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of Nordics employment law and HR practices.
- Ability to confidently advise on employee lifecycle matters and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, or international payroll environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Nordics), managing complex employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations by providing expert guidance and identifying risks.
- Deliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries and providing practical, business-focused solutions.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and optimization of HR procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and strategic projects.
