Job Details

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and complex HR regulations.
Foundational understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, optimize processes, and implement automation.
Proficiency in collaborating asynchronously within an international, remote team.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Demonstrable automation and AI capabilities and fluency.

Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and termination outcomes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, payroll, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Process offboarding via internal HRIS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide guidance on progressive disciplinary approaches.
Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
