Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and complex HR regulations.
- Foundational understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, optimize processes, and implement automation.
- Proficiency in collaborating asynchronously within an international, remote team.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrable automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and termination outcomes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, payroll, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Process offboarding via internal HRIS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide guidance on progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
