Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits.
  • Deep understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience collaborating asynchronously and adapting to new systems.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an international, fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead and facilitate consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations for separations and settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer all termination and supplementary documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide first-level Employee Relations support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development within the lifecycle function.
