Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits.
- Deep understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience collaborating asynchronously and adapting to new systems.
- Demonstrated automation and AI fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an international, fast-paced, remote environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations for separations and settlements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal, and trade unions.
- Draft, tailor, and administer all termination and supplementary documentation.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide first-level Employee Relations support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development within the lifecycle function.
