Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) across various jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, industrial instruments, and progressive discipline approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills for high-stakes conversations.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on digital platforms.
- Demonstrated capability and fluency in using Automation and AI tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously in an international team.
- Commitment to data integrity and thorough record-keeping.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on termination, resignation, and redundancy procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
- Facilitate workforce reduction, negotiation, and separation meetings with clients and employees.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Payroll, Customer Success) and external parties to ensure audit-compliant offboarding.
- Draft and administer termination documentation with attention to privacy and confidentiality.
- Process offboarding via internal HRIS, ensuring accuracy across all verticals.
- Provide first-level Employee Relations support, conducting preliminary assessment of workplace concerns.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and AI-driven initiatives for HR operations.
