Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, and implement automation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an international, asynchronous remote team.
  • Demonstrated capability and fluency in AI tools.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations for separations and settlements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, payroll, and trade unions.
  • Draft and administer termination documentation while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding in internal HRIS and respond to internal/external queries.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate appropriate handling.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation.
