Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills for leading difficult conversations.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools and adapt to new systems.
- Demonstrated aptitude for innovation, process automation, and AI fluency.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously within an international, remote team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy procedures ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as legal counsel, payroll, and trade unions.
- Draft and administer termination documents with high accuracy and privacy compliance.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and AI-driven initiatives for offboarding workflows.
