Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, and champion best practices.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and collaborate across tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide sound guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
  • Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents with attention to compliance and privacy.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS and collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide guidance on progressive discipline.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
