SalaryFor high cost of living areas in the US (San Francisco / Seattle / NYC), the expected salary range for this position is $127,000 USD - $170,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity. For all other locations in the US, the expected salary range for this position is $105,000 USD - $144,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building content for an LMS or eLearning platform.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical functionality into clear content.
- Experience producing or coordinating video content from scripting to production.
- Comfortable learning technical, security-focused products in depth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent collaboration skills working across product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts like attack surface management is preferred.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate or Camtasia is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, write, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS.
- Transform instructor-led training (ILT) into engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences.
- Design interactive capture-the-flag (CTF) learning exercises with subject matter experts.
- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing clear and accurate product documentation.
- Produce video content covering new feature releases, personas, and use cases.
- Participate in early feature development to inform enablement content and user experience improvements.
