- Approximately 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-role hiring across global regions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust and influence hiring strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and manage expectations.
- Strategic and scrappy mindset with ability to build and refine recruiting systems and processes.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Operations roles from intake and role scoping to offer and closing.
- Partner with hiring leaders to refine requirements, anticipate talent needs, and align on hiring priorities.
- Manage complex, high-impact searches simultaneously with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans including direct outreach, referral campaigns, and targeted pipelines.
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful process design.
- Act as an ambassador for ElevenLabs by shaping candidate engagement and employer brand representation.
