Requirements
- Direct experience working on both Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup events.
- Strong experience supporting executives, board members, or other VIP stakeholders in major event environments.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in sport with existing network of relationships at the IOC and FIFA.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel regularly and work onsite at events.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating closely across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the operational strategy for major 2027-2028 sporting event partnerships.
- Refresh a reusable operational playbook for ongoing event partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end operational planning, including executive hospitality needs.
- Oversee delivery of assets like ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking, and accommodations.
- Build and execute onsite staffing and operational plans in coordination with safety, security, and communications teams.
- Manage agency partners on ticketing, accreditation, and transportation strategy.
- Lead internal operational communications, taskforce meetings, and executive summaries.
