Requirements
- 2+ years experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby’s product.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to navigate stakeholders ranging from Heads of Talent to Recruiters.
- Comfort working across a spectrum of complexity from simple interview plan questions to advanced reporting strategies.
- Strong ability to set clear expectations and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Proactive in defining boundaries to maintain focus on high-leverage contributions.
- Skilled in enabling others through 1:1 sessions or group settings.
- Strong empathy for customers with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact consulting via 1:1 RecOps Connects and paid engagements.
- Partner with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope and deliver paid consulting engagements using the RecOps SOW framework.
- Translate 1:1 consulting insights into scalable education, such as Academy courses, guides, webinars, and playbooks.
- Contribute to advanced product education, including Quality of Hire dashboards and analytics strategies.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and liaison between Customer Education and the High Touch CSM team.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to provide actionable feedback based on customer observations.
- Enable CSMs on foundational RecOps strategies and tactics.
