Requirements
- Proven experience building or co-building new products (zero-to-one).
- Experience owning and defending a product roadmap.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and move growth levers.
- Technically hands-on with ability to work directly with engineering and QA work.
- Strong communication skills with a clear point of view.
- Organized and systematic approach to tracking progress and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
- B2C product experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Early Investor end-to-end from conception to launch, iteration, and measurement.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through experimentation and clear data reporting.
- Identify and test new monetization strategies beyond transaction fees.
- Build sticky product features to increase postpartum engagement.
- Partner daily with the engineering manager and team to build and iterate.
- Communicate project wins, failures, and learnings to leadership.
