Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare BPO account or comparable healthcare customer support environment.
- Excellent English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to remain professional and patient-focused while managing multiple interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient calls related to appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information.
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, wellness checks, and patient outreach.
- Document all call information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate with clinical personnel using Google Chat and other digital tools.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation to support care continuity.
- Protect the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in training for referral management, prior authorizations, medical records, prescription coordination, and HEDIS.
