Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth Management.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and commercial growth in B2C environments.
- Strong experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, and email marketing.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with developer ecosystems or cybersecurity audiences is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to increase customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue.
- Engage with cybersecurity communities, influencers, and industry experts to strengthen brand presence.
- Build relationships with professionals and organizations to secure endorsements and strategic partnerships.
- Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor customer behavior to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels using analytics.
- Design and execute A/B tests across customer journeys, messaging, and acquisition channels.
