Requirements
- 7+ years working with Salesforce in increasingly senior roles.
- Experience leading in-house Salesforce teams, rather than just projects or consultancies.
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce automation, particularly in Flow-first environments.
- Proven experience with CPQ concepts and lifecycle impacts within SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Background working closely with Finance, RevOps, or Legal stakeholders.
- Salesforce Architect or advanced cloud certifications.
- Proven ability to lead senior individual contributors and specialists.
- Comfortable making and defending architectural decisions while balancing speed and maintainability.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Agentforce, AI-driven service workflows, or advanced Service Cloud features.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce as a long-term platform and establish a clear vision for architecture and automation patterns.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team of functional architects, CPQ specialists, admins, and developers.
- Promote consistent patterns across Flows, CPQ, integrations, and data models to ensure platform scalability.
- Act as a strategic partner to SalesOps, Finance, Global Services, and Legal stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence through clean deployments, release management, and technical debt management.
- Balance roadmap delivery with maintaining stable, high-trust business systems.
