Requirements
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or major enterprise technology changes
- Strong change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
- Experience developing change plans, readiness materials, training support, and adoption strategies
- Understanding of user adoption processes, readiness, and behavior change strategies
- Experience with CRM, ERP, field service, construction operations, or utility-related technology implementations is preferred
- Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support change management strategy and execution for a Salesforce implementation
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to understand impacts and adoption needs
- Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness materials
- Support training coordination and reinforcement activities
- Identify resistance, adoption risks, and opportunities to improve user readiness
- Translate technical changes into clear, practical messaging for business users
- Track adoption feedback and help drive continuous improvement
