Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in technical program management or delivery leadership.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing people.
- Direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale.
- Command of stage gate delivery governance with written entry criteria.
- Fluency in schedule logic (e.g., Primavera P6), critical path analysis, and risk register discipline.
- Working depth across data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and structured cabling.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional engineering and vendor organizations.
- Ability to build, develop, and retain a team of program managers.
- Executive communication skills with a focus on written recommendations.
- Willingness to travel 30 to 40 percent to construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage the thirteen-gate delivery framework across all active data center sites and halls.
- Build and lead a team of four to eight technical program managers covering multi-site builds.
- Own the integrated master schedule, including critical path logic, interlocks, and procurement commitments.
- Hold general contractors and colocation partners accountable for scope, schedule, and quality.
- Drive escalation and recovery plans for high-priority delivery blockers.
- Analyze cycle time data to optimize delivery velocity across the data center portfolio.
