Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in technical program management or delivery roles.
- Direct, hands-on ownership of data center design and construction delivery.
- Experience taking at least one large-scale data center or multi-phase campus from design through commissioning.
- Proficiency in stage gate delivery governance, including entry criteria and gate packages.
- Advanced schedule logic skills using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
- Technical depth in power architecture, liquid cooling, and structured cabling/fiber plants.
- Ability to manage general contractors and vendors without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on structured reporting.
- Must be able to travel to assigned construction sites at least monthly (estimated 30-40% travel).
- Experience with AI density whitespace (high kW per rack, liquid cooling) preferred.
- Background in hyperscale or GPU cloud infrastructure preferred.
- Formal data center certification (CDCDP, CDCP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute the thirteen-gate delivery structure for an assigned campus across all data halls and phases.
- Develop and maintain the site-level integrated schedule, including critical path logic and interlocks between design and construction.
- Coordinate the activities of general contractors, landlords, and vendor teams to ensure delivery quality and schedule adherence.
- Manage the site-level risk register, decision log, and escalate issues with recommended solutions to executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for Construction, Design, MEP, Network, and Operations teams.
- Capture and document cycle time data and lessons learned to update the shared delivery playbook.
