Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience.
- Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts.
- Direct experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously.
- Active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies and decisions logs.
- 5+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry (preferred).
- MBA or PMP Certification (preferred).
- Experience in deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer customers (preferred).
- Experience tracking successful processes and facilitating cross-functional process re-design sessions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope, with a wide range of cross-functional partners.
- Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to ensure we meet project deadlines.
- Drive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate.
- Oversee system readiness testing, or “SRT” and market readiness testing or “MRT”.
- Anticipate and creatively solve or escalate roadblocks when they arise.
- Create executive reporting within a given template and timing cycle.
