Organizational Change Management Consultant
  • Lead day-to-day change management execution for a late-stage technology deployment supporting field operations
  • Develop and support stakeholder engagement plans to increase awareness, readiness, and adoption among impacted employees
  • Create clear communications that help field teams, operational leaders, and business stakeholders understand process changes
  • Partner with project teams, field operations leaders, business stakeholders, and end users to support adoption
  • Assess change impacts and identify readiness needs across impacted employee groups
  • Support training alignment by helping ensure materials, timing, and messaging match user needs
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance points, communication gaps, and readiness barriers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support go-live preparation and post-deployment adoption
