Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience.
- Experience working in a Healthcare, Research, or Academic environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience working with organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ADKAR Certification (MUST).
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
- Identify, engage, and support change champions throughout the organization.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
- Develop communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor adoption metrics and assess change effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating organizational change.
- Support planning and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
