Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or technology-enabled services.
  • 5+ years leading at the senior director or vice president level.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading an enterprise technology-operations, digital-transformation, or automation portfolio.
  • Proven experience leading operational change in a services-heavy business, including technology-led workflow redesign.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including complex claims, denials, and revenue recovery.
  • Experience governing cross-functional portfolios in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen in business-case development and KPI design.
  • Experience directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships, including vendor governance and commercial oversight.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations.
  • Own the portfolio of operations technology, automation, workflow-transformation, and global-operations initiatives.
  • Establish decision rights, accountability, and ways of working across Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Finance, and global vendor partners.
  • Translate business strategy into enterprise capability, capacity, and delivery requirements.
  • Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization across onshore and global operations teams.
  • Set portfolio-level goals and KPIs for productivity, quality, cost-to-serve, and return on investment.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable the Technology Operations leadership teams.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Data leaders to align delivery requirements with platform architecture and product roadmaps.
  • Maintain executive oversight of governance, operational continuity, regulatory controls, and third-party performance.
