Requirements
- 3–5+ years of project coordination or project management experience in construction, security, or facilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
- Working familiarity with low-voltage, mechanical, and physical security technology.
- Knowledge of door hardware, access control systems, and installation methods.
- Basic knowledge of access control and video management systems configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools like MS Project or SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the project schedule and design-review gate calendar across the build pipeline.
- Manage early project initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, critical deliverables, and requirements.
- Coordinate vendor and integrator logistics, including RFIs, submittals, bid/SOW evaluation, and punch-list tracking.
- Review security system design documentation for compliance with technical standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project teams, attending design and construction meetings.
- Coordinate construction-security logistics, including secure shipping/receiving and chain-of-custody.
- Manage documentation, drawings, and gate records while reporting status to leadership.
- Conduct on-site inspections and support final acceptance testing of systems.
