Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or an associate degree with equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
  • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Ability to successfully manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience leading or coordinating large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning efforts, including defining project scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and project goals.
  • Manage project execution from concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to support the successful delivery of large-scale data center campuses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions while driving accountability.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of engineering and architectural design packages.
  • Support quality management efforts by coordinating technical reviews.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, track project profitability, and support contract administration.
  • Identify and proactively address project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering collaboration.
