- Consult with customers on security, compliance, and risk needs as a subject-matter expert.
- Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for security programs.
- Author detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with accurate scope and margin configuration.
- Develop and facilitate Microsoft Envisioning Workshops across the engagement lifecycle.
- Present technical strategy, demonstrations, and value propositions to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a technical quarterback for sales pipelines and maintain opportunity records in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive new business pipeline.
