Requirements
- 5+ years working on complex, cross-functional technology implementations.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role with clear ownership of scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes.
- Technical depth: ability to read API specs and reason about integration patterns, SSO/IAM, and data-pipeline tradeoffs.
- Extreme project management rigor, including experience with milestone plans, RAID logs, and decision logs.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder environments with executive-level communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a building-from-scratch environment.
- Experience managing systems integrators or sub-contractors (bonus).
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration surfaces such as SAML/OIDC, REST/GraphQL APIs, and ETL pipelines (bonus).
- Formal program management credential like PMP or PgMP (optional).
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery plan, timeline, milestones, and execution for complex implementations.
- Convert contracts and statements of work into sequenced plans with mapped dependencies and risks.
- Lead technical design and scoping processes, including integration scope and security requirements.
- Design and run governance models such as steering committees, working groups, and sprint reviews.
- Orchestrate work across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party partners.
- Execute disciplined change-control processes for scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop professional services documentation and repeatable delivery playbooks.
