Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
- Extensive proficiency in Klaviyo including campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Demonstrated track record of testing and experimentation that increased conversion and revenue.
- Strong analytics skills including proficiency in GA4, TripleWhale, and KPI reporting.
- Proven team leadership abilities.
- Operational experience building workflows and standards from scratch.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive).
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus software.
- Experience with SMS/RCS programs is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify and GemPages is preferred.
- Background in health, supplement, or wellness category is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing program strategy, execution, testing, and revenue generation.
- Manage daily email and SMS/RCS strategy and send calendars.
- Oversee development of campaigns, flows, content, personalization, and transactional communications.
- Build subscription and loyalty programs from the ground up.
- Optimize flow performance and manage automated revenue as a core program.
- Develop and execute a disciplined testing roadmap in partnership with copy and experimentation teams.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Automation Strategist and Marketing Assistant.
