Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry.
- 8+ years of experience in legal technology assessments, system design, and implementation.
- Proven experience implementing contracting tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AI contract technology landscape.
- Experience with CLM systems such as Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, or Ivo.
- Proficiency in IT implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile.
- Strong project management skills including project planning and IT frameworks.
- Ability to elicit requirements through effective client interviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Assess contracting processes and technology to provide objective recommendations.
- Serve as lead project manager for implementations, managing schedules, budgets, and resourcing.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Design technology-enabled processes and system integrations for legal operations.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and data migration efforts.
- Define change management strategies to ensure user adoption.
- Develop and lead training for end-users and administrators.
- Participate in business development activities including proposals and relationship management.
- Mentor and coach junior team members in client execution and professional development.
