Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, or Program Management.
- Proven track record as a direct people manager with experience setting roadmaps and mentoring team members.
- Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems including Salesforce and Workday.
- Demonstrated ability managing multi-system data flows and integrations.
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or CredentialStream is beneficial.
- Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance granular technical details with executive-level strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as direct people manager to an operational team within Provider Core Ops.
- Develop tactical team plans, delegate work effectively, and drive team performance.
- Direct the operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and data integrity across provider-facing platforms.
- Partner with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations leadership to resolve execution roadblocks.
- Develop and prioritize team roadmaps aligned with Provider Core Ops goals.
- Monitor operational health metrics and identify automation opportunities.
