Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume staffing organization, recruiting operation, or two-sided marketplace environment.
- Proven leadership and people-management experience.
- Demonstrated success owning market-level recruiting targets including planning and execution.
- Experience building and managing full-cycle recruiting funnels.
- Strong operational and process-management skills with experience scaling recruiting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities to diagnose problems and guide decisions.
- Ability to rapidly learn the court reporting industry, including terminology and market dynamics.
- Highly adaptable, persistent, and action-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting targets across individual markets to ensure the right number and mix of providers.
- Lead the end-to-end identification, engagement, recruitment, and onboarding of new court reporters.
- Develop and refine the provider value proposition.
- Build, manage, and optimize the full recruiting funnel from outbound sourcing to active participation.
- Establish performance metrics and provide regular recruiting readouts to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design and streamline provider onboarding processes and administrative workflows.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data teams to improve tools, workflows, and recruiting materials.
- Lead and coach team members through clear goal setting and performance management.
- Continuously identify new approaches for provider acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
