Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement content for external audiences like partners, resellers, or alliances.
- Direct experience enabling global systems integrator or hyperscaler alliance sales and technical organizations.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for live and virtual workshops.
- Ability to translate complex technical and product content into clear, role-specific enablement materials.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales enablement, support, and partner management teams.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enablement or LMS platforms and content-authoring tools like Seismic, Saleshood, Highspot, or Articulate.
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person partner training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Own IBM<>Neo4j sales collateral structure and content.
- Build and maintain a scalable IBM enablement curriculum including training materials, webinars, and documentation.
- Adapt Neo4j content covering product knowledge, technical skills, tools, and business processes for IBM audiences.
- Coordinate with SMEs across product marketing, sales, and technical support to ensure content accuracy.
- Deliver hands-on workshops and tailored partner training sessions.
- Align enablement activities with GTM and revenue priorities in coordination with partner management teams.
- Track and report on partner engagement, training completion, and overall enablement effectiveness.
