Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least five years of combined experience in enterprise software implementation, project management, business process consulting, or customer success management.
  • Experience working with external clients, vendors, or partners while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms.
  • Comfort learning Celigo's ecosystem and toolset, including Salesforce, Impartner, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
  • Proven relationship management skills capable of working across all organizational levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex situations for leadership.
  • An owner's mindset with a bias toward action and iteration.
  • Ability to read and act on quantitative and qualitative data signals.
  • Experience or interest in applying AI tools to partner success workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner organizations, from delivery teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Own the health of your partner portfolio by conducting regular check-ins and identifying early delivery risks.
  • Ensure high-quality implementation outcomes by holding partners accountable to established standards.
  • Use AI tools to analyze support ticket data, synthesize customer satisfaction signals, and scale partner communications.
  • Prepare partner health reports detailing project history, satisfaction data, and support trends for leadership.
  • Maintain the internal partner stack ranking to guide work routing and assessment.
  • Serve as the internal voice of partners, advocating for program improvements.
  • Coordinate with Partner Account Managers to track availability and project lead times.
  • Contribute to and lead special initiatives to improve the partner program.
