Responsibilities

  • Own the overall success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of large and complex university partnerships.
  • Manage multiple high-priority partnerships, initiatives, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each institution’s strategic priorities, student populations, academic policies, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans designed to strengthen relationships, improve partner outcomes, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze partner performance, qualitative and quantitative data, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functional areas within partner institutions.
  • Lead strategic partner meetings and business reviews, translating value propositions, learner outcomes, and strategic initiatives into compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver a coordinated partner experience.
