Requirements

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, including several years working in HVAC, home services, or another trade- or contractor-facing industry.
  • Broad, hands-on marketing expertise across campaign management, channel ownership, content, partner marketing, and program execution.
  • Strong experience managing email and newsletter programs, online communities, and social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as an individual contributor, taking initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing activities with measurable commercial outcomes such as leads, installations, engagement, or product adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Partner Success, and other business teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where processes may still be developing.
  • Experience using marketing, CRM, or partner engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or comparable tools is a plus.
  • Video production, content creation, or social media development experience is advantageous.
  • Interest in using automation and AI tools to improve recurring marketing workflows, content production, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of recurring partner marketing campaigns and promotions, from strategy and content development through partner-facing rollout and measurement.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of partner-ready marketing materials, including co-branded creative, campaign kits, sales collateral, and enablement resources.
  • Lead regular partner training sessions covering new marketing channels, campaigns, assets, and best practices.
  • Partner with Partner Success and Sales to ensure partners have the resources and knowledge required to generate qualified leads and increase installation volume.
  • Manage the monthly partner newsletter, including content planning, production, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Manage partner-facing communities and social channels, including Facebook groups, Instagram broadcasts, YouTube, and partner website content.
  • Monitor channel performance and use engagement data to continuously improve content and channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Partner Success teams on marketing strategies for new programs, tools, and product features.
  • Develop and execute adoption campaigns that increase partner usage of software products and connect product engagement to homeowner leads and installations.
  • Track partner engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and other downstream revenue indicators to demonstrate marketing impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
