Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, alliances, or program management.
- Proven experience executing high-impact marketing programs with external partners and measuring results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting and content creation.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, partner-centric messaging.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Strong project and program management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-informed approach with experience defining and tracking success metrics.
- Proactive and accountable working style with a balance of strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM partners.
- Build and scale partner marketing motions including campaigns, launches, events, webinars, and thought leadership content.
- Establish relationships with partner stakeholders to serve as a strategic marketing advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to align business priorities.
- Create compelling messaging and enablement for diverse audiences, including partners and customers.
- Use campaign data to measure performance, communicate insights, and optimize investment.
- Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to scale partner marketing across geographies.
