Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of direct affiliate marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs and enterprise-level client accounts.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Partnerize, PartnerStack, Commission Junction).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret large volumes of performance data.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formatting, formulas, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and guide junior team members.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts, developing and executing partnership and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, acquisition goals, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with clients, clearly communicating program performance, strategic direction, recommendations, priorities, and expectations.
  • Lead strategic partner recruitment and develop, expand, and maintain relationships with high-value partners within client programs.
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance data, extract actionable insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations, confidently explaining and defending proposed approaches.
  • Manage and support Account Managers and Associates, ensuring executional excellence, clear priorities, accountability, and timely delivery across the account.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing best practices while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
