Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare programs, or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex programs.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, clinical trials, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and mentor colleagues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee health screening and clinical research programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead comprehensive program planning, including project evaluation, timelines, resource coordination, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across marketing, clinical, delivery, and external partner teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing delivery.
- Ensure programs adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, clinical research standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Lead program teams and mentor senior analysts, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
- Monitor program performance through relevant metrics, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and performance updates that provide clear visibility into program progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Address participant and program-related concerns promptly while continuously improving the overall participant experience.
- Stay informed about developments in healthcare and clinical research and incorporate relevant insights into program strategy and delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong operational discipline and ensuring programs remain on track.
