- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading research programs.
- Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting health screenings and research studies to meet organizational goals.
- Perform comprehensive project evaluation, planning, timeline development, and analysis.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Foster collaboration and communication among marketing, delivery, clinical, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and manage a senior analyst.
- Lead the program team to ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using data-driven insights and prepare status reports.
- Address and resolve participant or program-related concerns to continuously improve the participant experience.
