Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant product management experience involving data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- At least 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
- Experience developing product briefings and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze product performance, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Working knowledge of insurance product regulations, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong P&C business acumen including pricing, underwriting, and product intelligence.
- Proficiency with Excel and data/analytics platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, R, or SAS.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights into state-specific P&L, marketing strategies, and product performance.
- Develop and execute analytical recommendations supporting multi-year P&C state strategies.
- Use data tools like SAS, SQL, and Tableau to answer complex financial and customer-related business questions.
- Partner with pricing, underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitive activity, rate levels, and product performance to inform tactical decisions.
- Develop dashboards and performance monitoring tools to communicate insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with regulators and internal Legal/Compliance partners to manage strategic market actions.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
