Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Willingness and ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for coordination.
- Capacity to work as a first principles thinker, capable of working with incomplete information.
- High level of diligence and follow-through in owning tasks to completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Manage bug triage and resolution by coordinating with engineering to prioritize quality issues.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Perform A/B testing and experiment design in partnership with Design and Engineering teams.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
