Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
- First principles thinking: ability to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
- Diligent execution with impeccable follow-through.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Manage bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and requirement gathering.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
