Requirements
- 4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products, particularly involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms.
- Personal experience using similar financial products.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions.
- Ability to work during US-based hours.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, and onboarding flows.
- Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding experiences from first visit to first transaction.
- Build features and feedback loops to enhance user retention and engagement.
- Map and improve user journeys across all products surfaced through the Ondo Finance Web App.
- Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture and define success metrics.
- Own the growth analytics stack in collaboration with data and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product line PMs to coordinate growth initiatives across product surfaces.
