Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Ability to effectively work and communicate across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving and hypothesis generation.
- Diligent work ethic with impeccable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research into actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering to prioritize and close quality issues.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design in partnership with Design and Engineering.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
