Requirements

- Track record of growing partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools.
- Experience using Salesforce and PRM tools (e.g., Impartner).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Thoughtspot or Clari.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research and analysis.
- Analytically grounded with ability to measure performance through data.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner pipeline from identification to activation.
- Build and expand partner practices by working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product.
- Use AI to research partner companies, surface performance signals, and draft communications.
- Track partnership performance through KPIs and diagnose/resolve underperformance.
- Stay ahead of integration ecosystem evolution and competitive channel programs.
- Navigate conflicts and competing priorities across partners and internal stakeholders.
