Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong outbound sourcing record.
- Demonstrable outbound/headhunting results.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn search, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong outreach communication skills.
- Experience managing internal HR processes, policies, onboarding, and performance cycles.
- Sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential people matters.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to align working hours to Sydney, Australia (Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
Responsibilities
- Own outbound sourcing end to end including LinkedIn, competitor mapping, and direct outreach.
- Run intake sessions with hiring managers to establish briefs, scorecards, and hard gates.
- Coordinate practical assessments and interviews across timezones.
- Manage internal HR policies, processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team member HR needs, entitlements, and performance cycles.
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation while ensuring HRIS accuracy.
- Support pay and benefits administration and monitor attendance.
- Implement AI and automation to streamline sourcing and HR administration.
