Requirements

- Ability to assess candidate profiles against defined requirements and identify relevant skills, experience, and potential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in evaluating sourcing channels and improving recruitment approaches.
- Ability to work independently on assigned activities while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable follow-through and willingness to work within established processes and guidelines.
- Ability to document information accurately and contribute to improving process efficiency and candidate experience.
- A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to working with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, screening, and interviewing of operational candidates based on short-term staffing requirements and defined job specifications.
- Participate in sourcing passive candidates by assessing their local expertise, availability, and short-term career potential against specific client needs.
- Use job boards, social media, direct outreach, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the sourcing and placement process.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and provide relevant sourcing and recruitment metrics to designated stakeholders.
- Analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and adjust recruitment approaches to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
