Requirements
- Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing in-house or with a service provider
- Deep knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and asynchronous environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for France payroll
- Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, and payments
- Ensure full data integrity, quality, and compliance
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
- Focus on KPIs, SLAs, payroll journals, and reconciliations
- Implement and improve payroll processes
- Mentor and support other payroll specialists
- Back up regional managers during absences
