Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience across recruiting and HR/People operations.
- Proven experience in both recruiting and HR operations.
- Experience managing people and coordinating through fractional support or contractors.
- Experience with high-volume or early-talent hiring processes.
- Strong proficiency in HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, and onboarding.
- Experience with Employer of Record (EOR), PEO, or multi-state employment (strong plus).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for process automation, prompting, and workflow optimization.
- Technical proficiency with ATS and HRIS configuration.
- Experience managing sensitive employee relations and performance conversations.
- Ability to build structure in a fast-paced, forming environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a pod of early-talent recruiters and fractional HR coordinators.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel from application review to offer.
- Oversee the employer-of-record lifecycle including I-9, background checks, payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
- Implement AI and automation tools to optimize screening, candidate communication, and compliance reporting.
- Co-own employee relations and performance management with program managers.
- Design and standardize repeatable operational systems and workflows.
