Job Details

BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
5+ years of product management experience with real depth in AI-powered systems.
Proven experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
Deep understanding of LLM-based tools, including where they shine and where they break down.
Experience with hands-on work in AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
Ability to define 'good' for non-deterministic products by setting evals, guardrails, and success metrics.
Experience building for both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators.
Strong technical curiosity with a willingness to contribute across the stack, such as opening pull requests or prototyping.
Ability to act as a thought partner to leadership while maintaining independence in execution.
Ability to build fluency in emerging AI trends to accelerate team output.

Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces including the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, and Agent Instructions.
Build shared primitives once to serve both 1st-party and 3rd-party agents, ensuring cohesive platform functionality.
Define quality standards and build evals, guardrails, and metrics to manage non-deterministic AI behavior.
Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs with approachable tools for less-technical creators.
Own product strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs for the AI agent area.
Contribute directly to product development through prototyping, coding small improvements, or writing queries.
Stay close to customer needs to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and differentiate between standards and fads.
